Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026
Information collected
JS Fitness may collect account information such as your name and email address, onboarding answers, assigned programs, workout and set logs, macro targets and daily nutrition totals, progress entries, challenge activity, and subscription status.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, deliver your selected fitness program, save workout history, calculate progress and challenge status, personalize the member experience, administer memberships, improve the service, and protect the platform from misuse.
Service providers
The app currently uses Supabase for authentication and application data and Netlify for web hosting. If paid checkout is enabled, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as PayPal. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms.
Data access
Account controls are designed so members can access their own member data while administrative access is limited to authorized JS Fitness administration. Technical safeguards such as row-level database access policies are used to separate member records.
Retention and deletion
Information may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for operational, security, legal, or recordkeeping needs. Account-deletion and data-request procedures should be finalized before broad commercial launch.
Security
JS Fitness uses encrypted HTTPS connections, managed authentication, access controls, and security headers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so members should use a unique password and protect access to their email account.
Draft status
This privacy policy is a beta-stage operational draft and should be reviewed for applicable state, federal, and international privacy requirements before broad commercial launch.
